I'm Jerica Lamar

Jerica Lamar is a Navy spouse and passionate about helping students graduate employed and debt-free! She firmly believes that individuals should use their time to make a positive impact on the world, and she brings this philosophy to everything she does.

As CEO of The New College Perspective, she draws from her experience as a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, U.S. Diplomat, and educator to create workshops and online courses covering scholarships, internships, college advice, early career guidance, financial literacy, and global opportunities.

Having personally received over $450,000 in scholarships and currently serving on two education boards, Jerica brings firsthand insight to help students transition successfully from college to career without crushing debt. Her proven strategies have reached people worldwide through her growing community of students and educators committed to making education both meaningful and financially sustainable.
